GREAT 2/1 APT FOR $460/mo!
For a change of pace, I'm offering my apartment up for grabs! I live near NW 6th st and 20th ave, 15-20 minute bike ride to campus and close to ward's, satchel's, east end eatery, buddha belly -- these are all in my neighborhood! (satchel's is a little bit of a stretch, i think.)
There are two (2) bedrooms, one larger with a walk-in closet; two (2) extra social rooms that I was calling a dining room and a living room, but could really be anything (even another bedroom with the addition of a door! the "dining" room even has a closet.); one (1) bathroom; one (1) kitchen; yards of ugly brown carpeting; sliding glass doors out into a fixer-upper backyard; and lovely ethnically diverse, community-oriented neighbors. Some have kids.
I originally was offering this apartment to my friend and her husband who just had a baby, because it's really the perfect place for that -- cheap and close to where she works. But that's not really going through. Also, when I moved in, the tenant before me was a young couple who was starting a famfam. It's a really super apartment that I'm already regretting getting rid of.
